‘ Whilst at the dentist today I experienced the best dental treatment I have ever had in 43 years, a beautiful veneer and the extraction was utterly painless.  I’m going to be smiling for a while’

Dr. CF, Braunstone, Leicester

‘Dear Shrik and colleagues,

Just a note to once again say a big thank you, for making the last few months of my treatment at your practice a pleasant one and I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

I found that all members of staff there were pleasant and polite and I like the way in which you remember me on a first name basis.  I found that I got through my treatment a lot easier than I thought I would, and that is down to Shrik talking me through exactly what was going to happen from beginning to end, and making me feel less nervous.  You are also made to feel individually special, every effort was put in to make sure that I was happy with the final part of my treatment, I was over the moon with the outcome, and my new bridge is great’

Yours sincerely

Mrs. SB, Braunstone, Leicester

‘I am writing to say how I experienced excellent customer service from Smile Essential on  Narborough Road in Leicester.  From start to finish the level of service was of a very high standard and I would recommend Smile Essential to my friends and family.  I was especially thankful that I was reminded of my appointments the day before my appointment.

All the staff at Smile Essential treat patients as individuals thereby offering excellent customer service.  As I said above I will be recommending Smile Essential to my friends, family and work colleagues.

Thank you Smile Essential’

Best regards

‘I have been at this practice for a number of years and found the staff to be very helpful and polite. My dentist Shrikesh is very professional and always explains in detail of what he is about to do. I would recommend Shrikesh and the practice to anyone.’

Mr. PG, Braunstone, Leicester

‘I would like to say that the service I received at Smile Essential has been fantastic.  Personally knowing my reservations when I joined the practice they have always reassured me at all stages of my treatment, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process.

Shrik and all the staff at Smile Essential have been friendly, informative and the service has been wonderful.  I am very happy with the treatment I have received and continue to attend the practice despite moving away from Leicester.  I would thoroughly recommend Smile Essential for a friendly and excellent standard of service.’

Ms. SK, Oxford

‘A huge thank you to Shrik and all the staff at Smile Essential for looking after me over the last few years.  When I enter Smile Essential it doesn’t feel like I am visiting the dentist. The waiting room is contemporary and comfortable and there is a tranquil feel in the air, almost like being at home!  All the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming.  Shrik…..what can I say, he is outstanding!  I hope my dentist in Australia is as friendly and as good at his job, as Shrik is.

Shrik shows a genuine interest in people and always makes time before my consultation to ask about me, and what I’ve been doing, this makes me feel very relaxed and valued as a client,  he is also fantastic with my daughter and he shows a genuine like for children.

He and Smile Essential are fantastic and I am sorry to be leaving them.

Wishing you the best for the future’

Mrs. DP, Rowley Fields, Leicester

‘Thank you so much for my dental treatment.  I found the whole experience and staff to be very professional, courteous and helpful.  The practice is very modern with a homely feel and books for children (my daughter felt at ease).

The stages of my treatment were explained in a clear manner, at each point. I would definitely recommend your practice to family and friends.

Again many, many thanks’

Yours sincerely
