I had Nik as my dentist at another practice in Leicester, but when he left I simply had to find him. After some investigation I found him! I gave him a call at Smile Essential and arrange to go in.
The dental team made me very welcome and were friendly. The practice is clean, has a relaxing atmosphere and the new technology! At my last visit I had the ‘wand’ to give me an injection, it was magical- no pain.

Thank you so much for the excellent care I received from Nik and his nurse. I was terrified of coming to dentist, to the point of tears and nearly not going through the door. But the girls on the front desk were so lovely and welcoming.
My head was pounding with sheer fright, but Nik came to take me the surgery and made me feel so relaxed. Nothing was rushed, not even the treatment. Nik’s dental nurse was lovely to me as well.

The dentist is my biggest fear; I have had such horrible experiences with other dentists. I just didn’t want to come at all.
After being recommended to Smile Essential, I managed to pluck up the courage to go. I can finally say that I have some confidence in a dentist. I was made to feel relaxed and calm on all appointments by Lina and all the staff including the receptionists. They used lots of techniques to make me more at ease and I felt they really cared.

The moral of the story- the sooner you see a dentist to resolve any dental issues the better. It’s our experience at our Leicester dentist that people always feel better after they come in to see us after putting it off for so long. After finally taking the step to book an appointment they know exactly where they stand and what treatment options are available. The not knowing the state of health with your mouth is always worse.
