He has worked as an associate dentist in his home town of Leicester until October 2003 when he became a partner at the practice.
His philosophy is to help patients to gain optimum dental health. To Shrik, the best thing about dentistry is meeting and interacting with patients and
is known for his gentle laid back chair side manner.
Having worked in general practice since 2000 he found his real passions were in the Cosmetic and Restorative fields and in 2005 this led him completing a one year training programme at the Eastman Dental Institute in London leading to a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry.
This has allowed him to treat even more complex and advanced cases.
Shrik has an amazing enthusiasm and passion for his dentistry which results in him providing world class dentistry of the future. Today he feels extremely happy and privileged in his profession, being able to help and work together with patients.
Outside of work, Shrik is married to Lina. He enjoys travelling and has been to many parts of the world including the Caribbean, America, and Europe. He is an avid collector of vinyl records and has been a voluntary radio presenter on numerous local radio stations.
