Dawn Massey
Practice Manager/ Oral Health Educator
Dawn has been at the practice since 1986. She has worked and gained qualifications in Dental Nursing, Oral Health Education and Dental Radiography.
She is a very cheery person and easily approachable so patients can always feel comfortable and welcomed by her. She is multi skilled and splits her time working as and Oral Health Educator and as Practice Manager. In her role as an Oral Health Educator she enjoy educating patients on how to take care of their own mouths and is well known to many of our patients. She believes in a universally kind and sympathetic approach to dealing with people - "It's what I would want!" she always says.
In her role as Practice Manager, she attends regular seminars/courses in order to remain up to date and in June 2009 has successfully completed her NVQ Level 3 in Business and Aministration.
Outside of the practice, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen gardener. She is a very sociable person and loves nothing more than a cup of tea and long chat.
